By focusing on the Construction industry, and having done so for 18 years, I am well-versed in helping clients navigate the specific challenges that others in their position have faced before them.

(whether that be a specialty or focus, employee count, locality, corporate structure, etc.)

This know-how is essential as the quality of a Construction & Surety’s company’s value proposition, is largely rooted in the agent’s understandings of what could go wrong and why and what measures might be taken to offset those risks.

That said, a complete understanding of a client’s operations and business philosophy is also necessary in order to design a program that fits within their objectives and culture.

This is accomplished through a process of questions and getting to know various players at different levels of their organization.

Finally, by means of a thorough review of claims history and any related trends, we will look for real world solutions and plot out a path to future claims avoidance.
